Collectively, the SharpShooters Video executives have more than 20 years experience shooting, editing and producing videos from Texas to Tennessee. Our team members have worked both behind & in front of the camera covering everything from sports to breaking news… from politics to pageants.
Executives
Chad Folts
President
When Chad founded SharpShooters Video in 2003, the business was a way to use his videography skills to satisfy the entrepreneurial spirit he’s had since his childhood lemonade stands and lawn-mowing enterprises. Now, Chad’s leadership has driven SharpShooters Video to become the top choice for student events in Central Texas, if not the entire state.
Chad is a former television sports reporter/videographer and anchor as well as a former radio broadcaster for the Central Professional Baseball League. He earned a degree in Electronic Media Journalism at Middle Tennessee State University, where he met his wife Rebekah.
Rebekah Folts
Vice-President
Rebekah is at the heart of SharpShooters Video, and it’s her business, organization, and editing skills that have crafted the company into the video production leader it is today.
Born and raised in Tennessee, Rebekah studied Broadcast Television at Middle Tennessee State University where she graduated with top honors from the College of Mass Communications. After college, she refined her producing and editing skills at both WSMV-TV in Nashville and KFDA-TV in Amarillo where she worked as a news reporter/anchor and edited all of her own stories. Rebekah co-founded SharpShooters Video with her husband Chad in 2003.
Team Leaders
Bailey Foster
Production Coordinator
Bailey brings a wealth of management experience to her role at SharpShooters Video. Prior to joining our team, she studied Business Management at Georgia College & State University, where she was a founding sister of the Kappa Upsilon chapter of Zeta Tau Alpha. She also exceeded productivity expectations as the Operations Manager at Coach Leatherware in Atlanta. Bailey spent many summers as a child visiting family members in Austin, and has always hoped she would move here. Now that she’s finally here, her self-proclaimed “zest for life” makes her a perfect fit into the unique spirit of Austin.
JJ Ayala
Production Manager
Since joining us in September of 2011, JJ has quickly become a vital member of the team. He studied Broadcast Journalism at the University of Texas at El Paso where he worked for the UTEP Football team as an Assistant Video Coordinator. While working for UTEP football he got to travel all around the United States with the team, even traveling as far as Hawaii! JJ brings a fresh perspective to his work and we’re excited to see the great things he’ll do with us in the future.
Team Members
Cameron Lewis
Videographer & Editor
Cameron has been with SharpShooters Video for three years. Though he started with little experience, Cameron took instruction very well and quickly developed his skills behind the camera. When SharpShooters Video first purchased a camera crane, Cameron was the first team member to learn how to use it effectively, and he became our go-to crane operator for any shoots that needed a floating, fluid camera shot.
Neena Hernandez
Videographer and Editor
Neena has been a member of our team since late 2011. She studied Broadcast Journalism at the University of Texas-Pan American where she was the show director for Bronc Radio. Born and raised in Edinburg Texas, Neena’s first trip to Austin was when she moved to town to join our team. Neena is also our in house movie star! After appearing in two independent films that were entered into the Sundance Film Festival and acting for 15 years, she’s excited to experience life behind the camera.
