WILL PLAY IN:

  • DVD-R compatible players (about 95% of all players that exist). This is the highest compatibility among all burned DVD formats.

  • Blu-ray players

  • Computers with a DVD-rom drive

  • PlayStation 3, 4 , 5 and XBOX ONE

Will PLay IN:

  • BD-R compatible Blu-ray players*

  • Computers with a BD-Rom drive

  • PlayStation 3, 4, & 5. Learn more here.

WILL NOT PLAY IN:

  • DVD player

  • Computer without a Blu-ray drive (BD-rom) 

  • X-BOX ONE. While X-BOX ONE does play mastered Blu-rays – example: Hollywood movies -  as of Fall 2016, X-BOX still does not support the recordable BD-R Blu-ray format. Learn more here. 

* Blu-ray players are very affordable now… as little as $35 each. Examine the specs to be sure the player you buy is compatible with BD-R.
